About Us

As fellow students, we witnessed the struggles of SMA Kristen Petra 1 students, especially during exam periods, due to time constraints, piled-up materials that cause the lack of motivation, or the frequent practice of "SKS" (Sistem Kebut Semalam) which often resulted in grades far from expectations. This led to the birth of KanCil, a non-profit organization that aims to be a savior and solution to the learning problems of A1 students. Not only does KanCil summarize each lesson material in a concise, complete, and easy-to-understand manner, but it also provides short explanation videos that will accompany your study time and make it 90% more efficient.

The name KanCil is a clever play on the Indonesian words "Kawan Nyicil," which translates to "study buddy" or "friend who helps you learn in small installments." This reflects our mission to provide accessible and manageable learning resources to make studying less overwhelming.
